Sprint Corp. is suing two Florida companies that are promising to bring back “push-to-talk.” On Wednesday, Sprint (NYSE: S) filed lawsuits against Nextel Inc. and Retrobrands USA LLC for using the Nextel brand without the corresponding trademark. Sprint acquired Nextel Communications in 2005 and operated its iDEN push-to-talk network until 2013.
