NorthPoint Development is working on what could become a $45 million General Motors facility in Michigan.
Riverside-based NorthPoint purchased a 141-acre property in a suburb of Flint, Mich. for the automaker, MLive reports. The site quoted NorthPoint Vice President of Economic Development Brent Miles as saying that GM also is looking at another site and that a decision is expected in coming weeks.
The proposed project could include 800 jobs and a 1.1 million-square-foot facility.
